REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
Classes will be held in the Ames Campus of Massapequa High School at 198 Baltimore Avenue, Massapequa.

October 19, 26 November 2, 16, 23 December 7, 14 January 4, 11, 18, 25 February 1 (Family Visiting Day will be held on February 1)
IN-PERSON REGISTRATION: In person registration will be held:
SATURDAY SEPT. 7, 10AM-1PM Berner Middle School Cafeteria
THURSDAY SEPT. 12, 7-9PM Ames Campus of MHS, Main Entrance
In-person registration is for Massapequa School District 23 residents only! Registrants must present a school tax bill or library card to show proof of residency. Classes are limited in size and fill up quickly on a first come – first served basis! IN-PERSON REGISTRATION ON SEPTEMBER 7TH IS RECOMMENDED. NUMBERED TICKETS WILL BE HANDED OUT STARTING AT 9AM.

MAIL-IN REGISTRATION
Mail-in registration will be processed between September 13th and October 4th after in-person registration. They will be processed on a first come, first served basis. Download a registration form here. You must include a self-addressed stamped envelope with your registration.. Please check here for available classes before mailing in your registration form.

DO NOT CALL THE SCHOOL OFFICE FOR INFORMATION. They do not have any information about our program.
PROGRAM RULES AND REGULATIONS
The following requirements will be strictly adhered to (NO EXCEPTIONS!):
Parents may only register THEIR OWN CHILDREN
Child must reach age/grade requirements stated by the first day of classes
Child must be toilet trained
Fees are payable in full at time of registration by CASH or CHECK only
Checks for payment should be made payable to YPCAW
No refunds will be made after the first day of classes
No refunds will be made if classes must be cancelled for climate or other reasons and cannot be rescheduled
Class changes may only be made by the first day of classes, if room permits
*The Board reserves the right to:
Cancel any class due to insufficient enrollment
Remove a disruptive/non-participating child from the class/program
Parents must notify the Board if a student has a medical condition that may affect their ability to fully participate in class activities or with materials.
Please note: The Young People’s Cultural Arts Workshop of Massapequa will follow any protocols as outlined by the Massapequa School District.
